It depends on the retailer how soon an item's CIC is updated after the information is resubmitted to them. I</P> <P>Also, for some retailers, additional action may need to be taken in their systems (Supplier One for Walmart, Product Introduction for Kroger and Albertsons and so on). It is also not mandatory for retailers to always send CIC responses back for every item update, so this can differ on an case by case basis. The Hierarchy Information should be in Supplier One though.</P> <P>I can also see this GTIN was previously Rejected by Wakefern, so if you also need to synchronise it with them, it will need to be Republished as New from Publications - Manage Publications, otherwise Wakefern does not see any updates on their end because of the initial Rejection.
