Where to add an ingredient statement on a new item?

I am trying to publish an item to a distributor. Where do I add the ingredient statement of nutritional information?

If you need to add the Ingredient Statement on a food related item, we recommend adding the Food and Beverage Products Playlist as this will make this specific attribute visible (for more details about using Playlists in Item Management, here is a useful video: 1WorldSync Playlists Video), along with the entire Nutritional Information section where you can add all other nutrient related codes and values.

You can also use the Most Popular Playlist as well to make the attribute visible for you, for example for non food related items where you still need to add the attribute:
