Trying to publish to Albertsons and keep getting this error message. I cannot figure out what the issue is. I have successfully validated the CS & EA.

Hello, @audrey, and welcome back!

This hierarchy has had a REJECT CIC status since 2020, which has prevented any updates for it from being sent to Product Introduction for Albertsons.

Please send a REPUBLISH for this item from Item Management. This will clear the REJECT and resend your hierarchy to Product Introduction, thus clearing the "not compliant" related error by updating any outdated GDSN data that might exist in PI.

Please access THIS article, if needed, for steps on how to REPUBLISH an item from the Publications > Manage Publications menu option.

we did this and it still came back rejected

The Republish we completed while on the phone will override the Albertsons Rejection and the item should should show up in Product Introduction with an updated status in about one hour.
