Hello,

I am a first-time user. It took me a month to set up one item. I made notes step by step since the replies/help to my questions were one per day.

I created my other 4 items following the exact steps to ensure there were no errors, but unfortunately, even though I followed the same steps, I ended up having errors. For the past 3 days, I have been trying to figure out what to fix, but I have not been able to find the issue/error.

The sync Exception report shows I have a couple of errors. 654: netContent 12 is invalid.

For the below the error message is: R01977 : WARNING: 3 Product Images are recommended for Consumer Units.

For this type of product only one image is available and I have only 1 image for all items but for some reason only this one has that error.

PLEASE HELP!

Your most recent Kroger publications are all flowing through successfully from Item Management into Product Introduction:

For the next steps, the items will need to be topped off and submitted from Product Introduction to Kroger to receive IMF numbers. For a step by step guide of the Product Introduction item workflow, here is the Kroger VIP - Reference Manual for GDSN Information Providers
Regarding having only 1 product image available, this should be fine for Kroger as long as it is a front-facing image of your consumer unit. For more details, here is an article explaining the Kroger Product Image Requirements
