Hi, I have some questions about item management:

1. What is my item id for case? Is it my 14 digits GTIN number from GS1?
2. At the unit level, the system asked about "Total Count of All Products". I said one for unit. We have 6 units per case. Should I say 6 for case?
3. We are a frozen empanada appetizer product. What should I put in Global Product Category Code? I tried Frozen food, Frozen appetizer, and Empanada. None of these work. I set it as "Snacks Other 10007276" for now. Do people have any idea?
