Product Image Data in Parent record, giving errors in product introduction.

Hi, parent item is 10071730004047 in 1WS and published to our customer who uses product introduction. They are receiving errors that I don't know how to fix. Please help. See screenshots of the errors and the external digital assets section.

Hi @DawnVanWychen welcome back to the Community. Looking at GTINs 00071730007164 and 00071730007201 in the hierarchy you would want to be sure that you have the attribute Image Orientation Type Code set to No Plunge Angle or blank on the primary image. Currently this is set as Centre.

The following article goes over the requirements that must be met for at least one of the Kroger images.
