    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a similar issue attempting to load new items from the Fuse template. I get a message saying the file is being processed but that's it. No error messages and no logs anywhere that I can find.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Item won't upload from FUSE SS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to upload a CS and EA item on a FUSE SS today but for some reason my EA item won't upload.&amp;nbsp; The message says "Validated" and my case uploaded perfectly but there is no sign of my EA item anywhere in 1WS and I didn't receive any error messages telling me there was a problem.&amp;nbsp; Yes, the SS is marked "Y" under upload and ADD is listed.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having this issue?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommend you take a look at your worklist and or the Item History Report to see if there were any errors that prevented the item from loading successfully from your FUSE upload.&amp;nbsp; Please let me know if you need help with what you find there.&lt;/P&gt;
