User cannot access/ log-in pre-prod

I added the operator.

Operator can log-in to the FS-Item production, however cannot login pre-prod.

I also added the xxxxx3@xxxxx since I use for pre-prod log-in.

Please be advise how to proceed

However, I noticed your company does not have an admin set to add users in Pre-Production so this indicates you'll need to contact our Access Management team via email at accessmanagement@1worldsync.com to update the admin and add additional users.

I watched the video and confirmed there is no discrepancy for my adding User adding process.

for Pre-prod access, do I need to access management?

Maybe you are right! I received the suggestion about erasing the cookies, but it did not work.

I cannot reach the mentioned link. Is the accessmanagement@1worldsync.com still working?

How can I get to have an admin set to add users in Pre-Production?

Hello @MegumiTateishi and thank you for reaching out. To request Pre-Prod access, please create a ticket by sending an email to accessmanagement@1worldsync.com. Please include your Production details and the GLN and other details we would need to add in Pre-Prod.
