Brand owner without a GLN

Hello,

I have few challenges that I would highly appreciate if anyone in the community can help me out...

(1) I want to publish a product (private label - I am not a brand owner) to a recipient that sells that product. However, the brand owner himself does not have a GLN and the recipient response shows that the brand owner & his GLN is needed. How do I proceed? will appreciate if anyone can assist.

(2) how can I pull a list of product by recipient? (list of my GTINs that are published to a specific GLN)

Hello @Seebo and thanks for reaching out!

1. To be able to add a Brand Owner GLN, we would need the company's GLN to be able to add it. However, since this is a private label item for the recipient, shouldn't the recipient be the brand owner of the product? If the recipient is indeed the brand owner, please ask them what GLN you should use for the product's Brand Owner GLN attributes.

2. In Item Management you would need to go to Report - Publications and you have the option to filter by only the GLN and once you have your results, in the top-right corner there is an option to download them.
