Good afternoon! I have started receiving the below messages and I can't seem to find how to get this corrected. GTIN 10023709004039. If File Effective Start Date Time and File Effective End Date Time are not empty, then File Effective End Date Time must be greater than File Effective Start Date Time. As far as I can tell, under Referenced File Information, both of those fields are blank. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I am seeing this message from several trading partners. As always, thank you for your help!!!!!

Hello,

Welcome to the Community. The error message " File Effective End Date Time must be greater than File Effective Start Date Time" indicates the Start Availability & Effective Date cannot be blank. The Start Availability Date & Effective Date are typically set as the most current date.

Thanks

Hello, and it's a pleasure to work with you again! I found the review messages that were sent back indicating that you have this attribute is populated on the Kwikee System images. I pulled the cin.LR3EE005400019i message so I could see if we were actually sending that attribute and I found them below. You will need to check the Images on the Kwikee platform to have them removed but it appears to be cleared, I can see that the publication is synchronized, did you do anything to get them accepted with the Syndigo recipients?
