Hello,

Is there a report with more detailed Item updates than Item History Report? Specifically what attribute is updated?

We do not have a report that will list what changes have been made to a GTIN. What attributes are you searching after and what's the goal?

We are looking for a report or way to show changes we have made, such as Shelf Life or Storage information. If a partner is requesting proof that an attribute has been updated in 1WS, we would like to be able to generate a report or show the date and what change occurred for an item

Good afternoon. When you make an update to an item that is successfully published to a trading partner, that trading partner receives your update. If you are encountering issues where you know you made an update and your recipient says they did not receive it, there may be an issue that prevented your update. I recommend the next best step is to check your worklist and/or the Item History Report to see if there was any type of error that prevented your update from reaching them.
