As a recipient of the data via 1WS data pool, is there a way to expedite the confirmation of our subscription request? Open for any suggestion.

Hello and thank you for contacting us via our community platform. Normally, subscription (CIS) transactions do not take very long to register with the Global Registry and get a confirmation back to you. Can you describe to me the process you are using now so I can ensure you are using the most efficient method?

Hi!

I go to Subscriptions -> Add and find a supplier by Name or GLN. I see that subscriptions are added successfully but I don't have items from the suppliers.

Artur, there could be a number of reasons you did not receive publications from the supplier:

1) did they publish to you successfully?

2) Did their publication fail because they are missing required attribute values to communicate within GDSN?

3) Did they publish to the correct recipient GLN, etc, etc, etc

At this point, I recommend you contact them asking if/when they will publish to you.
