This is my first time entering a net weight product that is packed 12 consumer units per case. Sold by the case to the retailer. How do I handle this in the heirarchy? I am using my base unit as 1 package (should it be each?) and getting errors like. My GTIN is 00850052127008

Hi @tmiller, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late reply!

The video sent by @nancyVigo is very helpful in showing the linking process and how this relates to the 'Total Count of All Products' error you are receiving. If you review this video, you should see what value to populate the 'Qty' field with when you are Linking your items on the Links page and you should see how to populate the 'Total Count of All Products'.

The other error can be fixed by selecting 'True' in the 'Ordering Unit Indicator' field for at least one item in your hierarchy. Usually, this is the parent item (case/pallet) as this should only be 'True' for the item that is actually being ordered by the recipient, as most recipients buy items by the Case or Pallet.
