Error msg on publishing a Case with a each

I am trying to publish cases with their respective product (each). When I try to publish I get error: Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) should only be true for the lowest level Item in the hierarchy. If ChildTradeItem/gtin is not empty then Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) must be equal to false.

Any suggestions to solve this error?
