Ti Hi & Count of This Specific Item

Hi.

I have set up some Walmart items. The highest hierarchy is a case. I have a question regarding "count of this specific item in a non-GTIN logistic unit/nonGTIN Pallet quantity". Is the quantity value in this space, under the case GTIN, the total number of cases on a non-GTIN pallet, or is it the total number of eaches on a non-GTIN pallet? Want to ensure I give an accurate count.

Case = 48 eaches

TI = 3

HI = 4

Count on pallet = 12 Cases or 576 Eaches ??

Highest configuration is a case, though; no pallet GTIN. I am assuming since we do not utilize a pallet GTIN, I would need to enter data in the non GTIN pallet sections, which requires count of this specific item. Want to know if the "count of this specific item" should be answered in number of cases or number of eaches.

Thank you for that helpful information. I looked at the hierarchy for GTIN 30043213096720. The idea for these attributes and values I am showing below is if you need to communicate what the pallet configuration would look like but do not have a pallet GTIN, you would provide it here. You would do so, however, for the non-pallet GTIN attributes and not the two you selected. If you populate TI/HI on a Pallet, you use the attributes you have populated below. If you do not have a pallet (i.e. Case is the parent) you would use non-pallet GTIN attributes. The value for Total Count of All Pro0ducts is correct for this configuration because when linking you indicated you have 48 eaches on a Case.

Thank you. I have changed to the non-GTIN Pallet attributes as I thought I would have to do. I would paste a picture but I do not have permission. My issue is that the this requires the "Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity" attribute to be completed. Is the number for that field under the GTIN: 30043213096720 supposed to be number of cases or number of eaches?

Case = 48 eaches

TI = 3

Yes @LisaB for that configuration, the value for Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity would be 576 (48 Eaches per Case with 12 Cases per Pallet).
