need to update parent, use same child

Please advise. It's not allowing me to link child (00052548718824) with new parent (00052548521851). The published parent that needs to be removed (00052548718817) How do I un-publish?

You choose Publications >> Manage Publications >> Enter GTIN click search >> check the box and Delete Publication.
