topic Fuse upload in _Ask A Question for Item Management (IM)

Fuse upload

I am updating product descriptions. I just uploaded a boatload of them and they are now showing up with quotations around them. The upload sheet doesn't have them. So why? I don't want to have to do these manually.

Hello and thank you for contacting us. Issues with uploads via FUSE can happen for a few different reasons. Please be careful not to add or remove tabs or columns in the spreadsheet as that can easily corrupt the file. What errors are you getting?

There are no errors...this is one of 6 uploads I did, all the same. I export, update a few columns and upload back into 1World. However, this time, after I loaded, I noticed this.... My product description in 1world now reads "Aunt Nellie's Whole Baby Pickled Beets 16oz" (Literally WITH the quotations). The load sheet shows NO quotations. This is the only sheet of the 6 that did that. I didn't do anything different to this one.
