Updating GLN on existing User

Good Afternoon,

I'm looking for additional information on how to adjust a GLN on an existing user. Within User Management I don't see an option to change a user between GLNs

Hello, are you looking at Cascaded access from a parent GLN to a child GLN for a user?

We experienced the same issue where you don't see your GLNs anymore to switch between. Try typing the GLN or name and it will then display to you.

I'm not sure exactly. I have two separate GLNs and this specific user was placed in the wrong GLN and I just need to switch him between the two. I can see his log-in, and the GLN he's currently under. I'm just not aware of how to edit that GLN

Hello, that user, LRedond@scj.com, was set up at the child level GLN. If he were set up at the parent level GLN, you could cascade is access from the parent to any child. Unfortunately, we cannot cleanly move the user so I recommend you create a new user ID at the parent level GLN and change the user ID in some way. Since the current ID has caps, you could create the new one with no caps.
