New items entered into the supplier hub

I am inquiring to find out how the process is going for new items that I have entered into the supplier hub? I entered them on 06/02/2023 please let me know at your earliest conveniance.

Hello @JellyDonut and welcome to the Community. To check the status you would want to look at the Item Hierarchy Data page for the GTIN in question. If you see In Process Retailer that means that Kroger is still reviewing the item. Complete means that Kroger has processed the item through the system. Finally In Process Supplier means work is still needed to be done on the hierarchy. So for example the Marylous Assorted Danish 3 Pack is In Process Supplier, once seeing this you would look at the comments section.

In this instance looking at the Comments you have an image with no URL that would need to be deleted. To do this click on the Edit link and then the Trash Can icon next to the blank image.
