Reordering images

Good afternoon,

I have been trying to get my images in some type of order, however, when I reorder my images and then click save sometimes it takes and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a certain time it takes before they are set? I was thinking it took effect instantly.

Hello @A_Flower it is nice to chat with you again. If you are updating the order of your pics in IM, it is instant. If they are expecting the order to update on the recipient side, there has to be a data change/update to take the images over. If you are updating the image order and saving to initiate a change on the recipient side,I would recommend resending

I was just updating the order of my pics. No one has requested an update.
