      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so incredibly frustrated. I have 4 items that have been flagged by Kroger as having no images. When I log in, there are images. I then go over to the Product Introduction side and the images are there. Then once I submit, I am getting the below error. I do not know how to fix it and Kroger doesn't know how to help. How do I fix this? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Log into Item Management and do a Simple Search for GTIN (ex. 00022415569125)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Click on GTIN:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;4. Remove highlighted information from External File Link section:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;5. Once removed – Save GTIN&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After saving this will automatically send the update to remove the Blank Image from the GTIN in VIP/Product Introduction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;*NOTE:&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;VIP/Product Introduction pulls information from Item Management every 15 mins. (2:00, 2:15, etc) and take 2-3 mins for VIP/Product Introduction to process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once VIP/Product Introduction updates the GTINs – you can Validate &amp;amp; Re-Submit your GTINs to Kroger.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13330"&gt;@carolhunn&lt;/a&gt;, I've had my share of issues with Kroger and images, which have been resolved with the help of this Community!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my experience with Kroger, they would rather have a 1WS digital image than an EFL.&amp;nbsp; Since I had so many External Digital images with a number of products, I have been changing them to the 1WS images, which they accept without issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I wanted to point out something that the Community moderators help me in order to completely delete the EFLs.&amp;nbsp; There is a hidden area that can only be reached by clicking on the "All Populated" playlist.&amp;nbsp; Please, see attached screen shots showing the process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will find that the Community is the place to go whenever you encounter any issues.&lt;/P&gt;

I resent my items over 4 hours ago (even resent again a few hours ago) and they still have not been picked up and are "pending synchronization." I did put in a tech ticket, but haven't heard back. I have new items I need to set up too and this makes it nearly impossible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you still receive this error on other GTINs after you update - please follow the instructions below:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Click into the 'Blank' image - and select 'Product Final Packaging&amp;nbsp;Not Available'&amp;nbsp;for 'Image Source'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="RenaeB_0-1686763543818.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1988i7C23EDC52CAF4A47/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="RenaeB_0-1686763543818.png" alt="RenaeB_0-1686763543818.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8246"&gt;@mvinkler&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;once I updated the images in Item Management, I clicked the 3 dots in the upper right and resend. I was told not to hit publish after the initial publishing. I don't know if that's 100% accurate, but it synced over into Product Introduction eventually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Thank you again for your help last week. Unfortunately, of the 4 items, only 1 has an image actually showing online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":tired_face:"&gt;😫&lt;/span&gt; I submitted all 4 the same way. How do I get these to show up?? Every time I ask my merchandising team at Kroger, they just give me the support phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If there are images on your items in Product Introduction when you Submit those items and Kroger accepts the data by placing the item/hierarchy in a Complete status then your images have been relayed to Kroger successfully, however, there is a separate internal process for retailers to update their website. Please reach out to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kroger Supplier Engagement Group (SEG) at&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"&gt;ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="has-inline-color has-dark-green-color"&gt;1-844-277-6165 (US) to inquire about getting your images updated on the Kroger website.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
