I am trying working to set up the hierarchy of a shipper, but when I search for the UPC of the contents, the only items showing up are the cases, not the unit? I have the unit set up and they are linked to the cases in a separate hierarchy, I just can't get them added to the shipper. Help!

Hello, and thanks for reaching out to the Community. We are currently working on an issue to resolve issues with the search feature when adding GTINs in hierarchies.

If you are referring to linking items, I'm having the same issues. They replied back to my post stating they are working on the issue.
