Hi all!

Not sure if I missed an update to the IM home page, but I logged in this morning to see that I had over 2,000 items not published, when that number has always sat at 99 for me. I didn't withdraw any publications, so I don't know why this number is so much higher now.

Hello @sbrewster I am still investigating this for you. We had a large backend change to some processes that could effect the accuracy of these numbers but I am not sure about this yet. I am checking with our engineering and product teams.

Hello @sbrewster I created a ticket with our Technical Support team and asked for escalation to engineering to more formally investigate this. The theory, not confirmed, is that the update we made this weekend could make these dashboard numbers more accurate do to improvements made and what you see today is where you are with these items. I will provide more details as made available.

@CommunityJedi22 - to piggy-back on this, in my dashboard, I show discontinued items and linked EACH records in the "Not Published" bucket.

Hello. We are looking to have an update processed through next week, that will update the dashboard counts. Just to confirm that has no impact on item synchronization just the dashboard counts.

Hello, we learned a little more about the issue with dashboards customers are seeing. We recently deployed a hotfix for this issue. As part of the hotfix, we need to do a full reload of the data (runs in the background, with no downtime). This reload will finish by the end of this week. After that, the customer’s Not Published and Published counts should revert back to similar numbers.

Just to confirm that has no impact on item synchronization just the dashboard counts.
