Greatly appreciate your help in understanding more than one item can be searched in the simple search bar at once, that explanation has been of great help. Thank you again so much.

Good afternoon, I'm extracting published content and seem to only be able to retrieve Case level or Each level, is there a way to extract based on Hierarchy so I have my items Case to Each on the same extraction record for updating?

Hi, @AJ! Welcome to the Community platform and thanks for reaching out to us about your question.

When at the dashboard in Item Management, you should see the Simple Search bar towards the top of the screen. In this search bar, input the GTINs from the hierarchy you would like to export, then select the magnifying glass. Finally, once all GTINs are selected, select the 'Export' option in green towards the top of the page. This new spreadsheet will contain the information for all GTIN selected.

If you need anything else let me know!

Thank you for responding, but that only gives me the one level. I need the item it's linked to so I can make sure the items line up. Any other suggestion as to how to get the Case and Each to populate in the same extraction?

Once all GTINs from the hierarchy in question have been searched for in the Simple Search bar, you should be able to select them and then export them. This will cause them to appear on the same exported FUSE spreadsheet.

Thank s again for reaching out!
