&lt;P&gt;I was able to successfully access your Message Center and open the Export. Please try opening Excel before, opening the Zip File. Once Excel is open, please then click into the Zip File and then select any box within Excel and this should allow your file to open successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having issues opening an exported Item. I unzip the file to try and save the export to my desktop, and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
