Backlog of IM Transactions in Prod - 4.3.2023

Hello. We are seeing a backlog of transactions in Item Management today that is causing processing delays. Our customers may see delays with transactions to IM when using the IM GUI, FUSE, or AS2. We expect the backlog to resolve today and apologize for any inconvenience.

Most IM transactions sent from Data Sync Direct are processing. However, no linking transactions have completed today. Is this due to the backlog?

Hello and welcome to the Community. Yes, linking transactions will also be impacted by this backlog. We are making progress on working through these backlog transactions.

Yesterday's LINKING activity finally completed. However, we continue to see problems today when ADDING new items. Is the backlog issue still not resolved?

Hello @kengb6 Your timing is good as I just saw an internal note that we have a very small backlog that should resolve in less than an hour right now.
