CIC review error: Net Package Quantity/Net Content

Hi Team,

We have received many Net package quantity errors but net content is populated in Child GTIN, still don't know the reason behind this error. Please suggest.

Hello @niteishk and thank you for using our customer community. Welcome. Can you tell me if you have any other Case/Each hierarchy successfully synchronized with that trading partner? If so, did you populate Net Content on the Case (Parent) as well as the child?

Hi we never populate net content on the case but only on Child. Don't know why certain items are giving this error.

I understand and am wondering if your trading partner requires this on non-consumer units which is where this is normally required per GS1 standards.

No @niteishk . not necessarily. That is not normally required but it could be something your trading partner is asking you to provide. Can you tell me if you have any other Case/Each hierarchies successfully synchronized with that trading partner? If so, did you populate Net Content on the Case (Parent) as well as the child? I am wondering if you had to do this with them before...
