We are seeing cin messages being sent to Wakefern today. We have been experiencing a backlog today so we do expect some latency. What are you not seeing come over, are they specific suppliers not coming over?

I actually think I am having a similar issue. I've tried publishing to Kroger since Friday and the other team that handles the product introduction side for our company doesn't see any of the updates I have made.

I am have not received updates from suppliers that usually come through quickly that made updates this morning.

We have a backlog that is impacting things today, we may need to allow the backlog to resolve before we start to see early updates from today.

When do you expect the backlog to be resolved and what is the cause? We see publications from Friday that still have not processed. Sent email examples to tech support.

We have cleared our backlog and you should start to see those missing cin coming over.

No, the date last updated changed but I am not seeing the updates I was expecting.
