    <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting a "Change By Refresh Message" from our recipient and they are requesting review of products that have already been updated.&amp;nbsp; I researched the issue on the community board but it looks like I've done what was suggested and I'm still getting the messages.&amp;nbsp; Please see example below.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, and good chatting with you again&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10948"&gt;@ManSpecFoods&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; This is a common question so I will look to add an article describing this message in addition to my answer here for you.&amp;nbsp; As an IM user, you have a couple of ways to send updates to your trading partners after the item is already been successfully published.&amp;nbsp; One I the republish functionality that you can learn more about &lt;A href="https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Knowledge/Republishing-in-Item-Management/ta-p/878" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HERE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The other is change by refresh or also called a ghost modify message.&amp;nbsp; The easiest way to do this is to change your value on the Effective Date attribute to the current date and then Save.&amp;nbsp; This sends that and any other updates to your trading partners.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
