I published GTIN 00016000208223 and it has not made it over to VIP

We are M2M with IM and with VIP. Please help me

Hello and thanks for reaching out to us in the Community. I have reviewed the Manage Publication section and see that the publication date is set as March 20th, 2023.

I'm running into the same problem, I changed the publication to today, but it's still pending synchronization.

Hello, @marisolburt and thank you for your update and those helpful details. I took a look for you and see you are utilizing Image Shadowing. Shadowing includes a process where our tools go out and pull the images via the URLs you provide and once complete, we will generate a CIN message to Kroger. This appears to not be completed yet for this item so that is why you do not see a CIN in the Item History Report or Worklist quite yet.

Looking at GTIN 10021908133154 under Manage Publications I see you have a future Date for Publication Date, when there is a future date the CIn will not attempt to generate until that dates hits, if you'd like the publications to go out sooner for GTIN 10021908133154 please resubmit the publish operation with todays date.
