      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, Friday I sent GTIN&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;10014616127003 to test some content changes.&amp;nbsp; It logged in the worklist and sent back a successful message.&amp;nbsp; Today I sent the same GTIN and it did not log in the worklist or send back a response.&amp;nbsp; There are others but this one was specific to both days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the past we've experienced interruptions in communications to/from our AS2 server when a change in source application affects timing - some changes involving messaging out from application via AS2 to 1WS requires us to restart AS2 to be timing after the application start time ... a synchronization issue.&amp;nbsp; Could this issue be resoved via AS2 server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, team.&amp;nbsp; I just learned that there was no technical issue in Pre-Prod as the delays were related to a very large backlog that was created by a customer.&amp;nbsp; Our tech teams worked to increase the allowable processing temporarily to accommodate the large amounts of traffic in PP and it resolved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is very good to know - that not a technical issue or result of a change to messaging/IM, but rather just (very unexpected) high volume.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please do keep an eye on this particular client as I would not want to experience this in Production (I am very sure the thresholds are adequate in Production, but just the same - good to avoid high volumes slowing Production IM).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for explanation &amp;amp; solve for this - we are resuming our testing !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sincerely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;leslie&lt;/P&gt;</description>
