Publications Report not exporting

I am attempting to export a Publications Report, filtered on one our trading partner's GLNs. The data set is 800+ items. It is generating an error and not showing as pending in the Messages.

Is this a known issue?

That is not something I know about but will look into it. Can you tell me which recipient GLN is throwing this error in that report?
