Creating a New Link for a Pallet GTIN?

Hi,

I have a question regarding a GTIN for a Pallet that I would like to Create a New Link with a Case GTIN, but this would only be for SAMS CLUB. Is this possible?

What should I do since there is already a link with this Pallet GTIN and an EACH UPC, I know this Hierarchy is not good but it was a fix for Lowes, and has already been published to Lowes.

Need some expert advise.

Hello @Heidi and thank you for reaching out. Since your existing Pallet hierarchy with the Pallet/Each configuration is published, unless it is no longer needed, you really are unable to use the same Pallet GTIN to create a Pallet/Case configuration. You can create a new Pallet GTIN and link that to your Case GTIN as needed.
