Hello and thank you for reaching out via our community platform. I looked in IM under your GLN 0664164000001 but do not see any items entered there yet. I also looked in VIP and see no items for you. Can you tell me where you are trying to add items? Since you are a data pool customer the best practice is to create and manage your items in IM and publish it to your trading partners from IM.

I am not trying to add items; this item was already published to Kroger. what i am asking is for the item size to be updated.

in the past we did not publish items ourselves; we had a person managing our items for us. is that service no longer available?
