The CIC Status code provides the following information: GTIN: 3082514607XXXX Individual Unit Max(1) is not equal to IPC Individual Unit Max(0.1)

I changed the Individual Unit Max to .1 and then a message (not a CIC message) was generated that read: Individual Unit Max cannot exceed Individual Unit Min(1)

Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation? Thank you.

Yes. That is a new problem that popped up after I changed the Individual Unit Max from 1 to .1 and received the message "Individual Unit Max(1) is not equal to IPC Individual Unit Max(0.1)". I then changed the IUM from .1 back to 1 and clicked 'Validate'. Then the message you sent appeared. This is whne I cancelled the changes and posted the message to Community.

I recommend you remove the IPC playlist you enabled, Save, add it back again and Save again to clear that Recipient Category error. I am looking at the original error you asked about and will get back to you.

Hello. For your original question, when you changed Individual Unit Max you would have also needed to change Individual Unit Min to equal .1 or be lower.

It validates like that in the US TM version of the item

Greetings. Replying to 2 subjects below.

1. Following your advice to "remove the IPC playlist you enabled, Save, add it back again and Save again to clear that Recipient Category error. " was successful. The item successfully saved with no error.

2. Not sure if changing both the Individual Unit Max and the Individual Unit Min from 1 to .1 is what I want to do. But the goal remains to resolve the CIC status code error message stating that the "Individual Unit Max cannot exceed Individual Unit Min(1)". The cases are packed 100pcs/group & 10 groups per master = 3M/master

I saw only the Ordering Size Factor validation when I validated the Hierarchy, do you see this after you made the Individual attribute changes?

Thanks for the reply. I apologize for responding late. No, I do not recall seeing the Ordering Size Factor validation after making changes to the individual attribute. However, I still receive the original CIC message: GTIN: 30825146073906 Individual Unit Max(1) is not equal to IPC Individual Unit Max(0.1).
