Good morning,

I received an email from Syco stating that they are changing their attributes to add Sesame and a few other different attributes. However, on 1WS I populate that information and it doesn't transfer over to their portal. Also, on their portal they don't have that as something to populate either. Is anyone else having this problem or know anything about it? I appreciate any information!

Hello and welcome back. We looked on our end and yes, that is something we added recently based on GS1 updates. In their communication to you, did Sysco mention whether this is something they are working on getting added to their datapool and portal? Maybe they are not ready to receive it yet?

Thank you for your fast reply! Yes, they did say that it needed to be completed by the end of November, so I was curious to see if any other supplier was having issues with their data populating into their portal.

I just wanted to give an update on what I have found out, Sysco said they are still working on getting the information to populate from GDSN and that there should be more information coming soon.
