Does anyone know what this error means an how to fix it? I am trying to mark it as non active and I can't save until this error is taken care of.

Hello and thank you for those details. It always helps us take a closer look for you. When I look in the Item History Report I see the list of validation warnings you will need to update:

I am able to replicate the invalid value formation red error when I open your item and validate it. The values in the red error make me believe it is related to the GPC Code values you populated. Did you provide the additional GPC values using 20000352& 30012149?
