We recently published to a recipient (GLN: 1200109010804) and received notification of items for review (CIC). But there are no specifics on what needs to be reviewed. Can you please assist?

I am not familiar with that recipient personally. Did they provide you an Implementation Guide that mentions how they use CICs?

They did not. They said the publication went through fine, no issues. But we still have 36 items in our CIC with no idea how to clear them.

Can you ask them if they can send a Received or Synchronized CIC instead of Review so it clears your error reports?

Thanks. I will see if we can contact them. Is that the only way to remove the CICs? From the recipient side?

Most recipients send CICs and most of those are good about providing some details in the message or guidelines on how they use CICs. If a recipient is sending a Review with no notes, unfortunately, the only thing you can do is ask them to advise why they sent the Review or ask them to change it to Received.

Thanks! We reached out to them and I checked our CICs and it looks like those CICs cleared.
