Hello and thank you for reaching out. I took a look at the GTIN hierarchy mentioned and I do not see an issue with your TI/HI/non-pallet GTIN values on your Case (Parent) level. I looked on your Each GTIN and it looks good as well. I recommend you reach out to your contacts at your trading partner, provide that error and see if they can provide you any other details on what they are looking for on this one.
