McLane Recipient Category/Destination error

Is this a new requirement for McLane? My items are indicating that this is Mandatory? When I select McLane from the dropdown and indicate ALL it still errors out

Hello,

Are you creating a new GTIN and are running into this error? Or is this happening on an existing item? I am digging into this error for you but I want to make sure of the circumstance.

it was an existing item - I checked a few other McLane activities and this is not mandatory so I wonder if there is an attribute populated triggering this?

Hello Cathie,

I was reviewing the second GTIN that you provide and I am not seeing the error. I did check and you have been able to successfully publish and submit to McLane.

Do you still require assistance with this GTIN?

@jcharles my item 10747599414043 is erroring on the same attribute again. This is causing the item to fail Mclane validation. I tried to clear the field but it says it it mandatory?

@jcharles I think i got it worked out - If I use a playlist to validate, it populates this field but I need to select the pull down to identify the actual GLN represented
