    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Heidi and thank you for contacting us via the community.&amp;nbsp; My answer is based on the assumption you are using Item Management to publish to your trading partners like Kroger.&amp;nbsp; Please let me know if that is incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is not a matter of changing the publication type rather, you will republish via the publication type that is needed.&amp;nbsp; In IM, the re-publish functionality is a process and does not mean to just publish again.&amp;nbsp; It allows you to actually override Rejection messages and any previous publications.&amp;nbsp; It is pretty cool.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To Republish in IM, hover your cursor over the Publications area in the navigation bar, then click Manage Publications.&amp;nbsp; On the far left, in the Refine Search area, enter the GTIN in the Item ID field for the publication level GTIN.&amp;nbsp; In the search results, place a checkmark next to the GTIN in the box and click Republish. You will then have the option to Republish as new.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you change a Publication Type from New To Initial, for Kroger?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn’t allow me to change the Publication Type to Initial Load – is this something you need to do for me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, we need this for 7084702797 as well as Ultra Paradise 4pk 7084703459&lt;/P&gt;</description>
