Kroger Change Publication Type from New to Initial Load

How do you change a Publication Type from New To Initial, for Kroger?

It doesn’t allow me to change the Publication Type to Initial Load – is this something you need to do for me?

If so, we need this for 7084702797 as well as Ultra Paradise 4pk 7084703459

Hello, Heidi and thank you for contacting us via the community. My answer is based on the assumption you are using Item Management to publish to your trading partners like Kroger. Please let me know if that is incorrect.

It is not a matter of changing the publication type rather, you will republish via the publication type that is needed. In IM, the re-publish functionality is a process and does not mean to just publish again. It allows you to actually override Rejection messages and any previous publications. It is pretty cool.

To Republish in IM, hover your cursor over the Publications area in the navigation bar, then click Manage Publications. On the far left, in the Refine Search area, enter the GTIN in the Item ID field for the publication level GTIN. In the search results, place a checkmark next to the GTIN in the box and click Republish. You will then have the option to Republish as new.
