Failure to Send

I'm trying to publish 10070247193183 to Albertson's, but received a failure CIC. I've tried publishing this item as new, then initial load, now new once more, but it is still failing. Any ideas on how to get this to sync?

We have a review CIC from Albertsons, see below. I was able to find the issue initially within your worklist but DAM is not able to load the images due to one of the limitations not being met.

I'm still seeing a failure CIC and when I check Product Introduction, the item is not found. I will take a look at the external file links, however.
