    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and welcome back.&amp;nbsp; It is nice to chat with you again.&amp;nbsp; I took a look for you and it appears you corrected the issue and your updates were sent successfully to all but one of your trading partners.&amp;nbsp; That particular partner is not active in our systems and records show they are part of the i-trade data pool.&amp;nbsp; We have attempted multiple CIN messages but the error you are encountering will not be clear with them as they are not responding.&amp;nbsp; Can you double-check with them to see what is needed for them to send a CIC response to you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CONTINUED ERROR MESSAGE REGARDING ITEMS ON PALLET</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to resolve an error message that I continue to get regarding the items on a pallet.&amp;nbsp; I have added the information and updated the date ("Refresh by Message"), but I still see the CIC with the error on it.&lt;/P&gt;
