Is there a way to request a custom playlist?

Are the playlists specific to our user or are they global playlists for any customer that needs a playlist for a specific industry? Like if we use a specific playlist (e.g. SmartLabel-Food) and there's a piece of information not in that playlist that we'd want to capture, is that something that we could ask to be added to the existing playlist (if the playlists are global I'd suspect this isn't possible)?

If they are global, is it possible to request a custom playlist that's tailored to our needs?

Hello and thank you for your questions. They are good ones. At this time, most playlists fall into the categories of Recipient Requirements, Industry Best Practices, Recommended and some specialized ones as well. Based on your company profile it looks to me like you are a data recipient and if you confirm, I can have someone from our team contact you to discuss the options and requirements to add a playlist in IM.
