I'm having this same issue and have tried logging out and uploading again with no success. Is there an identified error causing this?

Hello, michellecyphers. Welcome to teh customer community. While I was investigating this issue after being reported earlier by nancyVigo, I was advised there was a hiccup in DAM this morning that was resolved in minutes. Are you saying you are trying now and not able to load? What error are you encountering?

Yes, I just tried and received a similar error. I just raised this with our tech teams and will post here and perhaps in the community overall as I know more

Hello @AMingea nd thanks for reaching out through the Community!

I verified both images on the Each and neither have Image Facing = “Front”. You would need at least one front facing Product Image for you to be able to validate the item. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Thank you!
