      <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently received the error, "&lt;SPAN class="ui-cell-data"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="no-wrap"&gt;CHANGE_BY_REFRESH_MESSAGE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;" &lt;SPAN class="ui-cell-data"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="no-wrap"&gt;Please send a Change by Refresh message from Gordon Food Service. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;How do we fix this error? We have not changed anything with the images we currently have for the products that are producing this error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning and thank you for utilizing our online community.&amp;nbsp; That error message can be resolved by re-sending the item information to your trading partner again.&amp;nbsp; You will not want to publish, rather, Save each item in your hierarchy in IM and this will send a Ghost Modify message to any trading partner to which this item is published.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let us know if you encounter any other error rmessages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go to item, I cannot save. That button is grayed out. The items that have the error don't have any child items. Is there something I'm missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
