Net Content error message

Hello,

I keep getting an error message saying I did not fill in Net Wt and UOM, even though this information is filled in. The message is below:

PI5001 Net Content & UOM (netContent) is required on consumer units and base units for Target Market (US). For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Item (00858466006896)
Please advise why this message is popping up even though this information was entered in the Dimensions & Weights Information section?

Hello, for this GTIN in question, which I see you created in VIP, go ahead and save it, and once complete add your Kroger top-off attributes in the class-specific area and validate. Let me know if this resolves the error for you.

Hello, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the section in question? I am not sure which is the top-off attributes in the class-specific area?

When you enter the GTIN, scroll down to here.

Then Click FAMILY TREE and it will bring up a search function for the Class Kroger assigned to your item. This is normally a three digit code and choose the option and then you will proceed to answer any black bold type questions.

What is the next step after item has been entered and successfully saved? Do I List the item? How does it get uploaded to Kroger?

In general, in VIP, once you create and link your items, you list the item. From there you will complete the process we call "topping off" where you provide values for the recipient-specific attributes, including the class attributes in VIP.
