Merchants Data Sheet URL

Hello,

We received a notification from Merchants Food service that one of our items is not generating a Data Sheet URL. MFS said that when all fields are filled in correctly they will receive an export file for that item with a link to the Data Sheet. We cannot figure out why our item is not generating a Data Sheet URL. We received an email from MFS and the item doesn't currently have any CIC errors.

Any ideas how we can correct this and have our item generate a Data Sheet URL?

00856235005019 is the item we're looking to 'fix'

00856235005286 is an item with the same issue but it's been discontinued so not sure why Merchants is requesting this one?

Hello,

I reviewed GTIN 00856235005019 to see if I can see the issue. I opened the Metadata and can see the URL is loaded.

Can you confirm you do not see this Data Sheet URL? I was able to download it and it was the Data Sheet for the product.

I do see that Data Sheet URL is available for our product. MFS sent an email with an Excel file attached. GTIN 00856235005019 did not have the Data Sheet URL in the Excel file but one of our other products GTIN 00856235005484 does, link below. MFS told us to compare the two but it seems like both items have the same attribute information listed.

Ok,

So we have it, Merchant foods is not getting the content? Have you tried republishing as Initial Load to see we can get it over? Once you publish I can find the XML and prove whether or not it was sent.

I have not. Okay, I will republish that item to Merchants as Initial Load today and see what happens
