Hello,

Can you share how ea are linked to the case? Do I need to specify this in the FUSE sheet tab 'FS-link' or is the linking systematically done when uploading ea and case fuse sheets?

Hello, and thank you for asking this question!

You would populate and run the FS-Link tab in the FUSE template. The tab will run after the items have been created and then they would be linked.

Awesome, so glad to hear its going to be automatic as long as the FS-link tab is filled in. Saves me a ton of work!

Hi there, follow up question. I am seeing the case and the each in my worklist. After the FUSE load do I need to publish them or is that an automatic process once upload using FUSE was successful? Thank you.

Hi, Apologies for the delay in response. You can use the FUSE to publish with the FS_Publication Tab. I would confirm the the GTIN were linked correctly because after you publish it will take 25 hours for the publication delete to process. We just need to make sure the item is linked and validated before publishing to your recipient.
