I have an error indicating that the Information provider Target market combination not present to modify Global Data and Target Market attributes

This is for our GLN 0747599000010 and I am trying to help them come to speed using IM, I have never recieved this error before and am not clear on what direction it is giving me.

Hello, credcat7. It's good to "talk" to you again. Can you provide me a couple of example GTINs so I can take a closer look for you and make sure we are talking apples to apples?

Hello, I took a look at GTINs 10747599417488 and 00747599417481 for you under IPGLN 0747599000010. These GTINs do not exist under that GLN. It appears you are sending Modify messages that are failing as you cannot modify an item that does not yet exist. Can you try adding the items first?
